1. Purpose of School Field Visits
Field campaigning teams are our primary ambassadors. Each visit must be conducted professionally and respectfully.
2. Mandatory GPS-Tagged Photograph Protocol
When you arrive at the designated school campus:
- Ensure device location / GPS is turned ON with high accuracy.
- Open the Submit Visit Report or GPS Camera in your campaigner portal.
- Click Capture GPS Location to verify satellite coordinates.
- Use the camera button to snap an on-site photo. The system will automatically imprint the school name, verified coordinates, date, and time badge directly onto the photograph.
3. Student Data Collection & Ethics
Ensure student names and parent contact numbers are accurately recorded with prior consent from the school in-charge or parents.
